RETURN POLICY

I. DAMAGES & DEFECTS
a. Every product is thoroughly checked before dispatch for any defects to avoid unnecessary hassles & costs. You are required to make an opening video of the product.
b. Complaints will not be entertained without the opening video of the parcel. You must stake claim for the damaged product within 12 hours of the delivery of the product.


II. OPENING VIDEO
a. The opening video should show the complete parcel from all 4 sides with the original packing.
b. It should be complete, uncut, without a pause and should show parcel opening from start till end of taking the product out of the parcel.
c. Make sure you inspect the video yourself before sharing with our team.

III. If you have received a Damaged/Defected product, you have to send the product back to us and we will replace/repair it. (We bear the replacement/repair and forward shipping cost and you have to bear the return shipping)

IV. (a)Replacement will be done only for a damaged product. In rare cases where the same product is not available, you have to buy another product of the same/more cost, the money will not be refunded.

IV (b) In case of size exchange (within India), the return & re-shipping charges will be borne by the buyer. So select your size wisely.

V. No returns will be accepted if the fabric is washed. We only advise Dry-clean of the fabric.


VI. We ensure that the process and the handover to our logistic partners is done in less than 24 hours. It is our strive to give you the best and the prompt service, in terms of quality of our products, quick dispatches and fastest delivery at your doorstep. Depending on your location, we assign your parcel to the logistics like Bluedart, Ekart, Amazon shipping, Delhivery, etc.

VII (a). Expect your parcel to reach your doorstep in less than 5 working days (depending on your location within India). Shipping is absolutely free (pan India) for all the items.

VII (b). For International orders, shipping rates are applicable depending on your location and country. One can expect their parcel to reach to them in less than 15 days in case of orders outside of India. The shipping rates for International orders are applicable and can be viewed at the time of checkout. No returns are possible for International orders.

VIII. COD (cash on delivery) mode of payment is also available to our valuable customers, but with an extra charge.


IX. CANCELLATION POLICY

X. MODES OF PAYMENT ALLOWED
Both Debit and Credit cards are acceptable. COD ( cash on delivery) is also acceptable.

XI. All disputes are subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction only.
